Your Business is Only as Good as the People you Hire

At DMC, we specialize in helping interior design and architecture firms, showrooms and manufacturers find the best people to work for them.

How do we do it?

Most recruiters are generalists. They fill jobs across the entire spectrum.

DMC is a specialty placement agency that focuses exclusively on the A&D industry. While most recruiters match resumes to job descriptions, we match people to positions.

We have the focus, expertise and the resources to find the candidate that is just right for you, so you can concentrate on what you do best—running your firm.

We charge 25% of the candidate’s annual compensation package for our services, and are paid:

  • – 1/3 of our estimated fee to begin,
  • – 1/3 in thirty days
  • – and the balance upon acceptance of a candidate.

We insure all of our placed searches for one year.


We meet with you one-on-one to get to know your business and evaluate your current and future staffing needs, as well as your compensation structure, by providing an onsite interview of your existing management and team members. We minimize the possibility of a wrong hire, by taking the guesswork and the risk out of the hiring process, so that you are assured of getting the best available candidate based on their experience, talent, skills and fit for your firm.

We place advertisements across an array of platforms, tap into our own vast network of design professionals, and manage the entire confidential search and screening of candidates. We provide you our full support during the interview and hiring process.

We closely examine resumes, portfolios, and other skill sets; and interview the best candidates and fully screen and test them, conducting employment, reference and background checks, and all documentation needed to hire, whether full-time or 1099 contractor. Once you have selected someone, we can assist you with the writing and presentation an offer letter and employment agreement.
